More Essence Polish
After having such a good experience with Essence polish, I decided to try out some more shades. I really am falling in love with this brand! I bought a nice grey shage 'Movie Star' , I also picked up one of the new colours a bright yellow 'Wanna be your sunshine'.
I started with 2 coats of the 'Movie Star'.
I decided to do a dotting design on my ring fingernail. I did 2x coats of 'Wanna be your sunshine' and 1xcoat of 'Movie Star' dotting.
I finshed the Manicure with 2xcoats OPI top coat.
I was very happy with the results, I am in love with Essence, there is so many colours and glitters to choose from. I also really like the brushes with them, they are very even and are a nice length for creating a neat manicure. Hope you guys like it!

I used Rimmel 60 second nail polish in Portobello Pink & OPI in Alpine White
I was very happy with the result!

Vintage Fair
On Sunday my sis, my friend and I went to a Vintage Fair in Dun Laoghaire. Had a lovely time, everyone was dressed up for the occasion;
Wish i'd gotten some photos of the clothes!
I didn't buy anything I like vintage stuff but I think it can be a bit pricey. My sister got a few bargains, she loves anything vintage so she was thrilled when she found this Fair!
She got this beautiful butter dish.
She also picked up these lovely saucers & matching serving tray.

Father Ted Party
On Friday night I attended a friend's Father Ted themed Birthday Party. I didnt dress up as I didnt have time to think up an outfit but there was some fabulous costumes on display! Take a look!
From the party, a few of us decided to head into town for some dancing. Lucky for us a party bus came to collect us from the house, and we had a lil disco along the way.
I was dragging my tired butt to bed at 5.30am, obviously I did not make an appearance at the gym on Saturday!

Essence Polish
I've read such great things about Essence polishes on both agirlandherpolish and Sweet Sugar so I decided I'd have to give them a try.
They can be found in most Dunnes Stores and Penneys (Primark) around Ireland. Retailing at the fabulous price of 1.29 per bottle!
I went to purchase one and was overcome by the assortment of colours, shades, glitters!! So I settled on four bottles for now!
Modern Romance, Fateful Desire, Space Queen, A lovely Secret.
The first colour I tested was 'A lovely Secret'. Here's how it turned out!
Base Coat, 2x A lovely Secret, Top Coat.
Next I to tried out 'Modern Romance' with 'Space Queen'. The manicure worked out lovely, sorry the pictures aren't great!
Base Coat, 2x Modern Romance, 2x Space Queen, Top Coat.
I was very happy with the Essence polishes and will definitely purchase more, I think i've started a new obsession! The only downside I could find to these polishes was, they tend to dry very quickly, guess this can be a good thing, but if you're a bit of a slow painter, like myself, you may run into some difficulty.

Spray Stocking
My friend found an article about
this tan on SoSueMe, it looked amazing and only 10euro a
bottle so we decided to test it out!
It is an amazing product. It was
developed in Japan. It covers like concealer, therefore hiding all veins and
marks on the skin. It is also a UV protector and it helps to fight cellulite!
It comes in three shades,
Terracotta, Natural and Bronze. We purchased it in the Bronze shade.
It gave us amazing results! It was
easy to apply, and felt lighter on the skin compared to some other products
like Sally Hansen.
Here’s a photo of me wearing the
tan:
I was very happy with this product
and would definitely purchase it again.
Spray Stocking is available to purchase now from several
retailers around Dublin.

Shellac Layering
This weekend I decided to try out some more layering with my Shellac colours.
I layered Gotcha with Iced Coral. It turned out beautiful! Kind of a Barbie look! Think this colour would be a lovely colour for the summer months!
The two colours work really well together. The pictures dont really do it justice. My sis was very happy with her manicure!

To market, to market we go!
Happy Friday fellow bloggers!
Today my friend Hayley and I strolled over to the Leopardstown Farmers Market on our lunch break from work.
It is a lovely market situated in Leopardstown Racecourse. It is open every Friday 9am till 3pm. There is several lovely stalls, some indoor and some outdoor. Plenty of different options, Cakes, Veggies, Meats, Jams! Loads to choose from!
We decided to have some Chicken & Ham pies for lunch from one of the outside stalls, they were delish!
I also bought some homemade jam for my sister, she's crazy about jams! Decided on Strawberry & Apple from 88foodcompany.
We got some Raspberry sponge to share for the walk back to work! Yum. Hayley picked up some Marshmallow swirls for her little guy Noah, We may have eaten one of them on the way back too! All full up now!
