It is a lovely dark rich colour
It thickens the lashes
Cons:
Can be hard to get off the skin
As brush is quite big it can be hard to apply to lower lashes

Loreal Voluminous Carbon Black Mascara
I searched the net for reviews on great thickening mascaras, and found Loreal Voluminous Carbon
Black was a constant contender. So I decided to give it a whirl!
Pros:

Can be hard to get off the skin
As brush is quite big it can be hard to apply to lower lashes
