TRESemme Heat Defence Styling Spray Review

My hair is constantly in terrible condition, I always seem to be colouring it or styling it, Im a little obsessed! So I thought it would be a good idea to finally invest in a good Heat Protectant Spray. I had heard some great things about TRESemme Heat Defence Styling Sprayand decided to give it a try.

About the product- This product guards your hair against heat of up to 230 degrees celcius. It claims to keep your hair feeling soft and shiny without feeling weighed down. The product also smooths frizz and seals in a high finish shine.

I found this spray worked very well. I applied a few sprays to my damp hair for blow drying and again on my dry hair before using my ghd or wand.  My hair feels softer after including this product in my hair care routine, I have only been using it for a few weeks but I can already feel my hair is softer and perhaps a little thicker!
I really like the packing of this product, the nozzle sprays a wide even spray of product. I usually spray 5/6 sprites around my hair, then work the product through with my fingers.
The product has a lovely scent, but is not overpowering, which can be an issue with other hair products.

The only downside I could find with this product is- It takes a bit longer for my hair to dry. I guess when you weigh the pros and cons, having to take an few extra minutes to dry your hair so that it stays healthy is worth it I think!

Has anyone else tried the TRESemme Heat Defence Styling Spray?

Barry M Gelly Hi Shine Polish

Barry M Gelly Hi Shine Polish are a new range of polish's by Barry M. I picked up my first one last month and have absolutely fallen in love with them.

They give a jelly type shiny finish, almost like the finish you would get from a soak off or gel polish. They also stay on nails for days without chips. I think I usually get about 5/6 days wear before chipping appears.

Last month I picked up a blue shade called Blueberry, I featured it in my June favourites. Blueberry is a gorgeous light blue shade, perfect for the summer months.

While I was shopping in River Island two weeks ago I noticed they sell the Barry M polishes and decided I had to buy Gelly Hi Shine Lychee. Lychee is a gorgeous cool neutral shade. I think it looks perfect with my skin tone, now that I have a little bit of colour after the sunny weather.

I definitely want to get my hands on a few more of these! Has anyone else tired Barry M Gelly Hi Shine Polish?

MUA Palette- Undress Me Too

I finally got my hands on two MUA palettes! I have been trying to get my hands on these palettes for ages. My friend noticed them in Superdrug a few weeks ago and very kindly picked them up for me, (Undress Me Too, Heaven & Earth).

The Undress Me Too Palette is an exact dupe for the Naked 2 Palette. The palette consists of 12 shades, from cool neutrals to bronzed gold's and deep matte shades. The pigmentation is not as good as the Naked palettes but they are still quite nice for the price!
They retail for approx. €5. I have tried out a few looks with the palette. I love the all gold shades, perfect for the summer months.

The only downside I can find is the packing, I am not made about white packaging, I find it gets filthy if I throw it into my makeup bag. Also the plastic is quite flimsy but I guess you cant expect anything too lavish with this price!

All in all I am thrilled with the palette, I have tried out a few YouTube Naked 2 tutorials with this palette, photo below

Has anyone else tried these?

MUA is available from Superdrug and MUA Online.
