A brighter smile in 10 days?

I think almost everyone has an obsession with having their teeth whiter. I have tried several things over the years, whitening strips, whitening toothpaste... the works. Luckily my teeth are quite a bright shade so I haven't been too unlucky with them but I'm always looking for a way to make them a few shades brighter.

I heard about PolarWhitePro* and decided to give it a try. This pack contains two whitening pens. The pens contain a natural whitening enhancer which whitens teeth without causing super sensitivity, this is definitely something I have experienced in the past.

I was very impressed by the this product, the pens have a sleek applicator which makes application easy. You simply apply it to your teeth and allow 20-30 seconds for the product to set. Then you can go about your day with no messy mouth guards or waiting time.

Result- I honestly noticed an immediate difference in my teeth after one application! My teeth looked cleaner and brighter. I was a bit apprehensive applying the gel two times a day, after having sensitivity pain with other whitening products, but I did not experience any pain using this product. I applied the gel for 10 days twice a day and I definitely see a difference, before and after pictures below.

With the colder months fast approaching people are reaching for the best false tans around to keep that summer glow... not that we get a great colour here in Ireland! The Bronz’Expres Tinted Lotion* from Academie is absolutely gorgeous.

Fall in love with Jessica's 'Autumn in New York' A/W 14 Collection

This season Jessica Nail's* decided to use inspiration from the beautiful colours you find around New York during the Autumn months. There are six shades in the collection, Soho In Love (Pale Pink), NY State of Mind (Blue Toned), Broadway Bound (Bright red), Mad for Madison (Rich brown), Meet at the Plaza (Evergreen), and Blue Harlem (Navy blue).

I was sent Blue Harlem and Broadway Bound to try out. I was seriously impressed with these polishes. They have a large brush applicator which makes application easy, they dry very quickly and leave an amazing shine! I applied two coats of the polish and it stayed chip free for about 5 days, by day 5 I only had a small chip on one nail. I absolutely adore the red shade. Red polish is my favourite colour to wear during the A/W months.

Great Lengths Hair Extensions

All my friends will tell you I have an obsession with hair extensions, and changing up my hair. I absolutely love having long voluminous hair. My own hair doesn't grow very well... I guess after all the hair colours and back combing I have done some real damage to my hair. So I have gotten hair extensions over the last few years to give the appearance that I have long healthy flowing locks!

I decided to get some Great Lengths hair extensions this month. I have had Great Lengths in the past and I think they are fantastic. Great Lengths extensions tend to be more expensive then say HairSpray or extensions you might find in some salons but I think they are definitely worth forking out the extra cash.

Great Lengths is the largest hair extensions company in the world. They use 100% human hair sourced from the Temples of India. Great Lengths do not use any toxic chemicals for the di-pigmentations of the pigmentation process of the hair which means there is no negative Eco impact from there production process. Great Lengths are bonded using a kertin bond, Keratin is a protein from which your own natural hair is made from, this means it is gentle and not as harsh as glues or beads. Several celebrities are huge fans of the brand, clients include Rosanna Davidson, Cheryl Cole, Eva Longoria, Demi Lovato  and Selena Gomez...Who doesn't want Selena Gomez hair?

I decided to go for two different colour extensions, a shade to match my own colour and a shade slightly lighter so the extensions blended easily and look very natural. I went for the 30cm length. The extensions also come in a longer length, 45cm. Application takes approx. 3 hrs.

I really do believe I get much longer out of Great Lengths hair than other brands I have tried. They feel so light in your hair, you don't feel pulled down with the weight of them. They are fabulously soft to touch and they wash very well. Another great thing about them is, they do not take years to dry like some other brands. It's very easy to style the extensions, and they hold a curl beautifully. If you look after your hair you can expect your set to last 4-6 months.

Another eBay Purchase

Every time I go on eBay I end up ordering something. This time is was this gorgeous 15 shade eye shadow palette. I have been eyeing this palette forever and decided to finally hit the 'buy now' button! The palette has 15 shadows, 12 matte and 3 gorgeous shimmers.

I first noticed this palette because of the warm reddish/brown shades. I have so many palettes I've lost count but I don't have many of these rusty/brown shades in my collection. I think these shades will be perfect for the Autumn months ahead. The palette also has a gorgeous black shade which you can use for lining the eyes and a beautiful white shade which is perfect for highlighting the brow and inner corner of the eye.
